This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read and answer each question carefully to ensure that accurate information is submitted. If you are paying offline, your check should be made payable to the Faribault Hockey Association. Please be sure to include the level of play in the memo. Teams that have paid fees will be given priority in registration.
